We are in network with Medicare Part B, out of network with all other insurances. Non-covered Medicare services (ie "not medically necessary services" such as dry needling, wellness/fitness training, equipment fitting/education, comprehensive and personalized home exercise program, home assessment, assistance in the community (grocery store, gym, etc) are offered on a cash pay basis.
